Profile

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Calgary. This role serves as the primary point of contact for operators, maintainers and distributors, ensuring exceptional support for spares sales and services for the Global Legacy Dash 1-7 as well as our Aerial Fire Fighting customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, managing sales orders, administering customer feedback, and working closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement. This position requires participation in a 24/7 Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support rotation to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Process and oversee customer sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Investigate root causes in collaboration with the Quality team and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work closely with fellow Customer Service Representatives to develop solutions for customer challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance process and procedures for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Recognize and support opportunities for new or incremental business relationships.
  • Gather and analyze customer data to support the development of executive presentation materials.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Warehouse/Logistics Management is considered an asset.
  • Minimum 5+ Years in Supply Chain, Warehouse or Logistics roles.
  • Aviation experience is considered an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year Customer Service Experience.

Skills

  • Intermediate proficiency throughout the MS Office Suite (specifically Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, and Power BI)
  • Intermediate proficiency within ERP software (ie. IFS, Visual, etc.)
