Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Rotatable Parts Coordinator - 3-month contract at MRO to manage the return and traceability of aviation components and ensure they are accurately integrated back into the store system and sent for repair/overhaul as required.

The role will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with the AMO team to support inventory accuracy and compliance with traceability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the return of rotatable components for service and repair, ensuring full traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Verify documentation and records for all returned stock and integrate items back into the store system with accurate data entry.

• Maintain clear and complete tracking for inventory, particularly for Dash 8 and Twin Otter Aircraft parts.

• Work closely with the supply chain teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.

• Utilize ERP systems to ensure accurate stock tracking, movement, and storage of rotatable components.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to support efficient component return processes.

• Perform other duties as assigned to meet operational and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing aviation parts, with knowledge of traceability standards and practices.

• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and component management.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Experience with Dash 8 and or Twin Otter aircraft components is highly desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus.
