Test Rig Designer

• Conceptual test rig design
• Test rig modeling
• Detailed design
• Basic strength analyses
• Producing a complete package of test rig manufacturing drawings
• Producing a complete package of test rig and test article assembly drawings
• Producing necessary package for test rig handling and safety equipment
• Use of industrial manufacturing materials, methods and standards
• Participate with the preparation of proposals, quotations for manufacturing, interaction with potential manufacturing facilities
• Managing time and resources
• Procuring required equipment

• Expert knowledge of Catia 5 software.
• Familiarity with Catia 4 software.
• Knowledge of GDT.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in test rig design
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
