Coulson Aviation is a global aerial firefighting company that operates in Canada, the USA, Australia, and Chile. We produce, maintain and operate a fleet of large aerial firefighting aircraft consisting of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. With our fleet, we can run rapid aerial fire suppression, including initial attack and extended attack protocols. We are a growing organization that has been in business for 63 years.

Due to our company growth and expanding footprint, we are looking to add Structures Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform sheet metal and composite repairs to aircraft components
• Provide high quality workmanship with attention to detail
• Read and interpret drawings
• Follow instruction and work to industry standards
• Maintain a tidy work area and be able to keep accurate work records
• Open to the idea of travel and working in and outside of Canada
• Ensure work sheets, logs, tracking updates and other required records are complete and submitted in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS:

• AME (S) rated is preferred, however all levels of experience will be considered
• Approved training course completed is preferred (ICS also accepted)
• Interpret Manuals/Drawings/Technical Data/Process standards
• Good Hand skills
• Communication (Spoken and written) take direction
• Ability to work at heights and confined spaces
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable and punctual

Compensation for this position will be competitive with market rates and based on experience.
