JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking applications for an ATR Qualified First Officer for our YVR Base. The successful candidate will initially be trained on the Convair 580 and then transition to the ATR fleet in early 2025. Initial Convair 580 training to begin in March or April.

This position supports our Purolator BC Feeder Service contract which has recently been extended for a further 10 years! The program operates routes Monday to Friday from YVR to YYJ, YVR to YKA and YXS, and YVR to YLW (returning to YVR each evening). You will gain valuable experience and benefit from the work-life balance of being home each night. Typical flying schedule is 13-14 days per month.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), or a Current Canadian Commercial Pilots Licence (CPL) with IATRA or valid SAMRA/SARON exams
• Multi Engine and Group 1 Instrument Ratings
• Preference will be given to applicants having turbine experience
• A Valid Canadian Passport or Canadian work permit
• Must be able to obtain and retain Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
• Ability to travel/operate to the United States, and any other countries within our network
• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
• Fully vaccinated against Covid 19
