The Sr. Planner/Buyer will report directly into the Procurement Manager and be responsible for sourcing and purchasing of spares material in both new and used serviceable condition in accordance with customer direction. The Sr. Planner/Buyer will also be responsible for management of subcontract vendors to maintain and improve repair turn times, manage repair costs and update PO information as required via quotes and daily status reports. The Sr. Planner/Buyer will also be responsible for regular data maintenance on open or overdue actions related to PO's and quarantine materials and returning material to vendors due to quality related issues.
