Reporting to the Director, Operations the Supervisor of Repair and Overhaul is responsible for the leadership of a growing team of our workers, focused on performing repair and overhaul work on aircraft parts and assemblies. As an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) your knowledge will be invaluable as we develop the experience and capabilities of the MRO business within the IMP Aerostructures business portfolio. The Supervisor is responsible for knowing Transport Canada approved (TCA) processes and procedures, ensuring that the work performed complies with repair manual requirements and in accordance with our AS9100 quality organization.
