Profile

We are seeking a motivated 4-month intern to support the Technical Publications team by identifying, defining, and documenting key departmental processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize undocumented key processes.
  • define and document key Departmental Processes, Such as:
    • IFS ADR/MCR work order life cycle.
    • Pennant authoring high-level process.
    • DHC-8 Maintenance Program authoring life cycle.
  • Develop and update Tech Pubs Process Repository with documented processes, guidelines, templates, and related resources.
  • Ensure all documentation meets quality and consistency standards.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate in Engineering or AME College Program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

Skills

  • Knowledge of process documentation.
  • Interest in Aviation and a foundation of Aviation Technical Publications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
