Profile
We are seeking a motivated 4-month intern to support the Technical Publications team by identifying, defining, and documenting key departmental processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize undocumented key processes.
- define and document key Departmental Processes, Such as:
- IFS ADR/MCR work order life cycle.
- Pennant authoring high-level process.
- DHC-8 Maintenance Program authoring life cycle.
- Develop and update Tech Pubs Process Repository with documented processes, guidelines, templates, and related resources.
- Ensure all documentation meets quality and consistency standards.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate in Engineering or AME College Program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
Skills
- Knowledge of process documentation.
- Interest in Aviation and a foundation of Aviation Technical Publications.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
