As the Training and Simulation Manager based in Toronto, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting ground school, synthetic flight training device and flight training of all flight crew in accordance with approved training program;
• Preparation and use of lesson plans;
• Training program development and administration duties;
• Conducting Sim evaluation;
• Liaison with scheduling;
• Management of the standards and recommending amendments to their respective aircraft operating manuals and standard operating procedures;
• Development of ground school manuals and various training programs;
• The ability to work a flexible work schedule/travel.

Qualifications:

• Maintain Active Pilot status on Dash 8 aircraft
• ATPL
• Must be a Captain or eligible for an upgrade with significant experience on type;
• Training background with an aptitude for teaching would be an asset;
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Ensuring ATPL License, current Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine Rating are valid
