Program Controller/Project Lead Peterborough Ontario This role will directly be responsible for supporting the day-to-day Program Management of assigned programs. These programs will include, but are not limited to, Original Equipment, major spares sales, overhauls, and 'in-service' support. The role ensures all operating requirements associated to the effective transaction of the respective programs; this includes system management and process adherence to ensure customer and program requirements are flowed through to the appropriate functions. Program Controller will assist the Program Executive in ensuring customer issues are addressed across a broad range of ship classes and equipment types. As the Program Controller you will address the challenges of a diverse portfolio of products and services and the exciting prospect of business growth through major current and future programs. The Program Controller will play an important role in the success of the business and anticipated growth by providing Program Management support to both current and future programs Innovation is our DNA at Rolls-Royce. At our Peterborough, Ontario location we develop custom electro-mechanical solutions for our Naval Defence and Marine customers. Key Responsibilities: Accountable for administering a well-defined program, to cost and schedule in line with objectives agreed with the Customer, Program Executive and supporting Functions. This includes the establishment, development and maintenance of documentation and systems support (SAP management) necessary to deliver the associated packages of work. Managing incoming inquiries for aftermarket support and spare parts and ensuring they processed. (sales, order in-take, shipped) This requires identifying and engaging the appropriate teams to execute. Ensure creation and management of an integrated set of schedules including all transactional actions required for the program to operate effectively the ERP system (SAP). Prepare management (Program & Financial) information associated to program performance along with associated reconciliations variance analysis and, where applicable, a recommendation on recovery plans. Ensure the implementation of company management processes are effective and efficient, including program management best practice read-across.
