Technical Publication Customer Support Specialist
• Coordinate activities within Bombardier departments, Airworthiness, Engineering Tech Services, Delivery centers) to relay vendor issues and actively participate in solving them.
• Contribute to a continuous improvement culture, by developing and implementing enhancements based on lean manufacturing concepts.
• Present full product suite to customer supporting their knowledge of features and functionality to ensure effective use.
• Review plan and perform process improvement activities impacting customer satisfaction.
• You hold a college diploma (DEC) in aerospace or equivalent field or a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
• You have background in aircraft maintenance, flight crew or as a pilot (asset).
• You have strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• You are proficient with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (an asset).
• You have an understanding of Technical Publications processes and technologies (an asset).
• You have basic understanding of S1000D and ATA specifications (an asset).
• You have knowledge and experience in any Bombardier Customer Services and Support (an asset).
• You have a good understanding of Bombardier Aerospace Engineering System (an asset).
