What are your contributions to the team?

  • Partner with the Engineering function to develop a join technology roadmap and enable Engineering transformation by aligning and orchestrating business needs, initiatives and resources.
  • Collaborate with functions like Finance, Human Resource et other supporting functions, driving delivery of projects & services, ensuring contribution to business strategy and objectives.
  • Act as the champion for BIS services towards the Engineering function with regards to operational activities and excellence
  • Supported by the core BIS functions, maximize value of all services/projects delivered to the engineering group
  • Provide effective communication & experience defining Transformation Journeys which ensures successful and sustainable adoption of solutions. Enable rapid, repeatable, and sustainable adoption of leading end to end processes as well as the deployment of enterprise solutions.

How to thrive in this role?

  • University Degree in Management or Computer Science
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in team management & leadership (internal and external)
  • Strong knowledge of engineering processes, tools and delivery model with PLM/CAD platform (Dassault, Siemens)
  • Solid understanding of industry leading practices and processes enabled by packaged applications (ex: CATIA/NX/HPC/Teamcenter)
  • Capable to mobilize Project Team to maintain momentum of project delivery against changing and occasionally conflicting priorities
  • You are capable at solving complex and technology problems
  • You have strong communication and influencing skills to lead solution adoption
  • You can negotiate with external suppliers and driving performance to meet business commitments
  • You have knowledge of agile, lean and continuous improvement principles (Kaizen) and tools
