Role Summary:

Working in Cargo you are responsible for loading and moving cargo while ensuring that manifests and load-planning documents are ready. This is a dynamic role working inside our office helping customers and working outside around our aircrafts!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cargo is packaged and stored appropriately
  • Accept cargo and process accurate payments
  • Provide excellent customer service in person or on the phone at all times
  • Calculate available aircraft load and prioritize freight
  • Verify received freight piece counts and notify receivers of freight shipments

Must haves:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Must be physically fit (able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb and lift 70 pounds repetitively)
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, split shifts, weekends, holidays
  • A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that's through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
  • Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to haves:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Experience processing payments
  • Forklift certification
  • Valid First Aid
  • Fluent in French
